Brazilian dam collapse firms face criminal charges

Brazilian mining firm Vale SA and German security solutions provider Tuv Sud AG could face criminal charges in Brazil for the collapse of the Feijao dam in January which killed nearly 250 people, BBC reported citing O Globo. The lawsuit indicts six people from Tuv Sud and seven from Vale. Brazilian police said that the companies used false documents saying that the dam was stable.
