Storm forces cancellation of nearly 1,000 flights

Nearly 1,000 flights were cancelled in Japan and South Korea on Sep. 22 as storm Tapah moved closer to the coasts of the two countries causing heavy rains, Khaleej Times reported citing Agencia EFE. Around 400 domestic flights were cancelled in Japan and nearly 500 flights in South Korea.
