Cladding fire breaks out at UK factory
Posted On: Sep. 13, 2019 6:11 AM CSTA cladding fire broke out at U.K.-based malts supplier Muntons PLC's massive factory in Cedars Maltings, Stowmarket, on Sep. 12, Ipswich Star reported. Nigel Davies, technical and sustainability director at Muntons, said that the fire started in cladding in the steeping house, which is used to soak barley in the first stage of the malting process.
