Typhoon causes nearly $120 million of damage

Japanese government officials said that typhoon Faxai has caused at least 12.6 billion Japanese yen ($117 million) worth of damage to the agriculture and forestry industries in Chiba prefecture, Nippon reports citing Jiji Press. The typhoon made landfall in the prefecture's capital on Sep. 9. The officials expect the damage amount to increase.
