Typhoon damages 9,500 facilities, 14,500 hectares of farmland

Typhoon Lingling, which hit South Korea during the weekend of Sep. 7, damaged nearly 9,500 facilities, 14,500 hectares of farmland, 80 fish farms and more than 70 ships, The Korea Herald reports citing Yonhap News Agency. The country's interior ministry said that the scale of the damage is expected to grow as it is still being calculated.
