More than 108,000 businesses and homes were without electricity in Canadian province Nova Scotia on Sep. 9, two days after hurricane Dorian made landfall near Halifax on Sep. 7, CBC reports. Officials in Nova Scotia have warned that it could take up to a week for power to be restored in some areas of the province.
