French insurance broker acquires rival

French insurance broker Verlingue SAS has acquired French marine and transport insurance broker Groupe Eyssautier SAS, Splash 247 reports. The acquisition is in line with Verlingue's 2022 strategic plan and aims to strengthen its marine and transport expertise as well as boost its development in the domestic and international markets.
