Romanian insurers' premiums rise nearly 8%

Romanian insurers' gross written premiums increased nearly 8% year-over-year to 5.44 billion Romanian lei ($1.3 billion) in the first half, SeeNews reported. Gross technical reserves rose 4.4% to RON 17 billion.
