IAG selects AIR Worldwide's earthquake model for New Zealand

Insurance Australia Group Ltd. has chosen U.S.- AIR Worldwide Corp.'s earthquake model to manage catastrophe risk in New Zealand, Asia Insurance Review reports. Milan Simic, executive vice president at Verisk Insurance Solutions, said, "This model has been developed to help meet the wide spectrum of earthquake risk management needs of the insurance industry, and includes two seismicity models."
