Lack of insurance forces organizers to cancel event

Organizers of the Reign of Terror event in the city of Kilkenny in Ireland have canceled the competition for the second year in a row due to a lack of insurance, KCLR reported. The Reign of Terror in Kells event attracts up to 1,500 competitors from across Ireland, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada and Puerto Rico.
