Former JLT captive leader leaves Marsh

Anne Marie Towle, the former practice leader of Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group PLC’s captive management unit, has resigned from Marsh LLC’s captive management business.
Ms. Towle, who was an executive vice president at JLT Insurance Management before its parent company was bought by Marsh & McLennan Cos. Inc. earlier this year, confirmed her departure in an email on Monday and said, “an announcement will be forthcoming regarding future plans.”
Marsh declined to comment on Ms. Towle’s departure. Marsh’s captive practice is led by Ellen Charnley, president of Marsh Captive Solutions.
Prior to joining JLT in 2017, Indianapolis-based Ms. Towle was a senior captive consultant at Willis Towers Watson PLC.
