Forest fires cause $106 billion of damage in Russia

Russia's forestry agency said that forest fires have caused an estimated 7 billion Russian rubles ($106 million) worth of damage so far this year, Tass reported. Mikhail Klinov, the agency's head, said that forest fires caused about RUB 19 billion worth of damage in 2018.
