Car makers wary of hard Brexit

Experts said that high tariffs and supply-chain disruptions could hit U.K.-based car makers' operations following a hard Brexit, Stuff.co.nz reported citing sources.  Mike Hawes, chief of U.K.'s Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders, said that even relatively short delays could disrupt some car maker's operations as most plants store only a few hours' supply of parts on site.
