Quakes hit Greece, Turkey

A 6.5-magnitude earthquake damaged houses in Turkey on Aug. 8 while three temblors struck the Greek island of Crete recently, The Sun reported. A 5.0-magnitude quake hit Crete on Aug. 11 followed by a 4.8-magnitude tremor on Aug. 12.
