Transportation firm appoints president

Workers compensation transport and translation company Transcom Solutions LLC has appointed Sara Aguila to the position of president.
Ms. Aguila previously served as the company’s vice president of business development and will now oversee operations, customer service, sales and marketing, the Riverview, Florida-based company said Monday in a statement.
Ms. Aguila co-founded the company in 2009 with her husband, Miguel Aguila, who held the title of president prior to Ms. Aguila’s promotion and is stepping down.
Prior to co-founding Transcom, Ms. Aguila worked as a regional sales manager for Medicare compliance consulting company Gould & Lamb LLC in Bradenton, Florida.
