Allianz working on blockchain platform to speed up payments

Germany-based Allianz Global Corporate and Specialty S.E. is developing a blockchain-based system to allow the insurer to make quick insurance payments to its corporate customers across the world, Cointelegraph reported citing sources. Allianz said that the system is still in the experimentation phase although the core infrastructure has already been built and tested.
