Representatives of Hong Kong's financial sector, including insurers, are deeply concerned about rising unrest in the city and calling for the restoration of order to avoid an erosion of investors' confidence in local economic growth, Global Times reports. A local insurer reported a 20% year-on-year decline in revenue in July, while another said that some of its customers have postponed their plans to purchase insurance policies in Hong Kong.
