Indonesia issues flight alert after Mount Kerinci erupts

Indonesian authorities issued a flight warning after the Mount Kerinci volcano in Sumatra Island erupted on July 31, Xinhua reported. The volcano spewed a column of ash up to 0.8 kilometer into the air.
