BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Most cyber attacks caused by employees clicking on bad links

A report by research organization Marsh & McLennan Insights and U.S.-based cybersecurity firm FireEye Inc. said that more than 90% of cyber attacks are caused by employees clicking on malicious links, Brink News reports. The report added that cyber insurance premiums are expected to increase at "a compounded annual growth rate of 20.1% between 2014 and 2020."
