Insurers sue mall owner after deadly fire

Three insurers have sued Russian firm Kemerovo Confectionary Combine over a fire at its Zimnyaya Vishnya mall in March 2018, RAPSI News reports. The insurers, Sberbank Insurance Co. LLC, Soglasie Insurance Co. Ltd. and RESO-Garantiya Insurance PJSC, have claimed around $1.5 million from Kemerovo Confectionary. The blaze, which killed over 60 people, destructed property worth more than $4.5 million.
