HCC Insurance Holdings Inc., doing business as Tokio Marine HCC, has formed a cyber and professional lines group, the insurer said in a statement Tuesday.
The group will be headed by President Richard Robin, who joined with the April 1 acquisition of NAS Insurance Services LLC, where Mr. Robin served as CEO, and will provide cyber and professional liability insurance to its clients and policyholders, the statement said.
Other leaders include Thomas Harmeyer, executive chairman; Michael Palotay, chief underwriting officer and cyber product leader; Jill Linhardt, senior vice president, legal, compliance and risk management; Chris Murphy, senior vice president, employment practices; Jim Bechter, senior vice president, architects and engineers; Matthew Sherman, senior vice president, reinsurance and programs; Jill Daly, senior vice president, claims; Jeremy Barnett, senior vice president, marketing and business development; and Daniel Mogelnicki, vice president, miscellaneous professional liability.
The group will be able to use Tokio Marine’s "Q" online broker portal for quoting and issuing policies, Jamie Kinsley, senior vice president of technology and product management, said in the statement.
The move is “responding to increasing demand from our clients,” Mr. Robin said in the statement.
