Combustible cladding found on 1,700 buildings

Matt Wrack, general secretary of U.K.-based Fire Brigades Union, said that combustible cladding was found on at least 1,700 buildings including hospitals, schools and nursing homes in the country, The Sun reported. Officials have urged building owners to implement safety measures to prevent a catastrophe similar to the June 14, 2017, Grenfell Tower fire.
