Huawei sets up business continuity plan to mitigate disruption

China-based Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd. has set up a business continuity strategy under which the company has reduced the amount of U.S. technology in its products to 25% to prevent supply-chain disruptions, Light Reading reported. Victor Zhang, head of global government affairs at Huawei, said that the company is developing alternatives to U.S. components to minimize disruption related to the U.S.-China trade war.
