Firms lost 68% of payment-related lawsuits against insurers

Research by U.K.-based consultancy firm Mactavish found that companies lost 68% of lawsuits on average against their insurers over non-payment of claims between 2013 and this year, Yahoo News reported. The construction sector was involved in most disputes closely followed by manufacturing and transport.
