BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Generali in talks to buy Portuguese insurer for $673 million

Italy-based insurer Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A. has entered exclusive talks with U.S.-based Apollo Global Management LLC. to buy Portuguese insurer Companhia de Seguros Tranquilidade S.A., Reuters reported citing sources. Generali outbid Spanish insurer Grupo Catalana Occidente S.A. and is likely to buy Tranquilidade for up to €600 million ($673 million), the sources said.
