BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Chipmakers look at alternative suppliers amid Japanese curbs

South Korean chipmakers including Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. and SK Hynix Inc. are looking to buy supplies from Taiwan or China after Japan imposed new laws requiring chemical firms to seek permission for exporting their products, Reuters reported. South Korean chipmakers imported $144 million worth of chemicals from Japan in the first five months of this year.
