Yangtze River Delta region expands, yields opportunities for insurers

Kong Qingwei, chairman of China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co. Ltd., said that the development of the Yangtze River Delta region is expected to provide insurers several opportunities to cover transportation projects, China Daily reported. Mr. Qingwei said that the region's integrated development program includes the construction of railway, subway, ports and airports in the next three years.
