IAG in talks to sell stake in Indian joint venture

Insurance Australia Group Ltd. said that it has held talks with external parties to sell all or part of its 26% stake in India-based SBI General Insurance Co. Ltd., Reuters reported citing sources. The insurer's stake in SBI General Insurance is worth about $433 million, the sources said.
