ILS capital inflows expected to resume: Aon

Paul Schultz, chief executive of U.S.-based Aon Securities LLC, said that insurance-linked securities' players are likely to resume providing fresh capital to the reinsurance sector this year despite recording large catastrophe losses recently, Artemis.bm reports. Mr. Schultz said that the ILS sector is looking to write business selectively as part of changes in risk preferences due to catastrophe-related loss creep and trapped collateral.
