Floods cause $105 million of damage to electricity system in Iran

The Iran Power Generation, Transmission and Distribution Management Co. said that floods have caused $105 million worth of damage to its electric power system since the end of March, Menafn.com reported citing sources. Zaman Huseyni, the company's deputy director, said that floods damaged electric infrastructure in 23 Iranian provinces including Gulustan, Lorestan, Kermanshah, Ilam and Khuzestan.
