Trade war, economic meltdown among top supply-chain risks

Germany-based consultancy firm DHL Resilience360 GmbH, said that trade wars, geopolitical issues and economic downturns are likely to disrupt supply chains worldwide this year, FreightWaves reported. Shehrina Kamal, director of risk intelligence at Resilience360, said that the U.S.-China trade war, Brexit and an economic downturn in China is forcing companies to restructure their supply chain and manufacturing operations.
