Experts said that Australian building owners could end up spending billions of Australian dollars to replace combustible claddings due to differences between policymakers, builders and owners, The Conversation reported. The Victorian Building Authority categorized more than 1,200 buildings in the state as moderate to extreme risk for cladding-related fires this year.
