Cyber attack costs Norsk Hydro $40 million

Norway-based aluminum producer Norsk Hydro ASA said that a March 19 cyber attack is likely to cost the company up to 350 million Norwegian crowns ($40 million) in the first quarter, Reuters reported. Norsk said that it could record an additional NOK 250 million cyber-attack-related loss in the second quarter and that it will likely receive cyber insurance claims payments.
