Aon names MGA, MGU unit chief after predecessor departs

Aon PLC named Sasa Brcerevic head of its carrier solutions group on Monday, replacing Carl Hennessy, who is leaving the brokerage to join startup brokerage McGill & Partners.
London-based Mr. Brcerevic joined Aon earlier this year as managing director, global operations. Previously, he worked at THB Group Ltd. and Hiscox Ltd.
The carrier solutions group was formed last year to support Aon’s network of managing general agents and managing general underwriters.
McGill & Partners was set up last month by Steve McGill, longtime insurance executive and former group president of Aon PLC, and global private equity firm Warburg Pincus LLC.
