Brexit uncertainty hits UK car production

U.K.'s Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders said that local car production declined 44.5% year over year to 70,971 units in April due to Brexit-related uncertainty, Reuters reported. The trade association said that several car factories shut their operations to avoid the risk of supply chain disruptions.
