Australia Ltd. said that chief marketing officers need to play a leading role in mitigating brand and reputational risk for local businesses in an increasingly digital environment, reported. Bruce Gordon, an official at Aon Australia, said that reputational risks remain the top concern for local business leaders among other threats such as failure to attract or retain top talent.
