Argus Group buys Maltese insurance broker

Bermuda-based insurer Argus Group Holdings Ltd. has purchased Malta-based FirstUnited Insurance Brokers Ltd. as part of its strategy to diversify and expand its global operations, Compelo reported. FirstUnited Insurance provides commercial insurance brokerage services for manufacturing, engineering, marine, transportation and multi-national risks among other segments.
