Liberty Mutual sets up Lloyd's reinsurance unit in Mexico

U.K.-based Liberty Mutual Reinsurance has set up a unit in Mexico under Lloyd's of London's registration to serve clients in Central America, Verdict.co.uk reported. Liberty Mutual has appointed Rosa Flores to head the new Latin American unit. The new unit will offer property/casualty and specialty treaty reinsurance underwritten through Liberty Mutual Re.
