UK insurance broker bought out by CEO

Nick Leader, chief executive of U.K.-based specialist insurance broker Acquis Insurance Management Ltd., has bought out the company with backing from U.K.-based equity firm Dunedin, Insider Media reported. Following Dunedin's investment, Acquis plans to grow its team and expand into new markets, particularly in Europe. It also plans to invest in developing new products.
