Goldman Sachs looks to buy UK insurance broker

U.S.-based investment banking firm The Goldman Sachs Group Inc. is looking to buy U.K.-based insurance broker Aston Lark Ltd. for up to £350 million ($455 million), This is MONEY reported. Sources said that a unit of Goldman Sachs' merchant banking division is interested in Aston Lark.
