Allianz offloads units in Africa

France-based SUNU Finances Holding S.A. has purchased Germany-based insurer Allianz S.E.'s units in Togo, Benin, Burkina Faso and Mali, Togo First reported. Allianz said that the deal was part of its strategy to focus more on high-growth countries to maintain profitability.
