Explosion rocks Chinese chemical plant

Chinese authorities said that an explosion at Dongxing Chemical Co. Ltd.'s plant killed 4 people in the city of Ulanqab in north China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region on April 4, Xinhua reported. The authorities isolated a tank nearby the plant and put the fire under control.
