Kuwait mulls suspending insurers' license over capital constraints

Kuwait's Ministry of Commerce and Industry could suspend the licenses of about 12 insurers for insufficient capital and failure to submit financial statements, Menafn.com reported citing sources. The ministry plans to order the cessation of three insurers' operations including one suspected of money laundering, the sources said.
