Baloise to buy Fidea for $543 million

Swiss insurer Baloise Holding A.G. is buying Belgium-based Fidea N.V. for $543 million as part of its plans to expand its operations in the country, Reuters reported. Baloise is buying the insurer from China-based Anbang Insurance Group Co. Ltd.
