UK firms stockpile for Brexit, EU firms look elsewhere for suppliers

A survey by U.K.-based consultancy firm IHS Markit Ltd. found that 40% of British firms are massively increasing their stockpile of raw materials to prepare for potential Brexit-related disruptions, Quartz reported. The survey also found that businesses in the European Union are looking elsewhere for suppliers and removing U.K.-based firms from their supply chains.
