Fire breaks out in high-rise office tower, 19 people die

The blaze is the second major accident to occur in the country after an inferno killed 71 people in a market in Dhaka on Feb. 20. Critics have blamed poor enforcement of safety regulations for the catastrophes in the densely populated city.
