Japan extends insurance duration for Iranian oil imports

Japan has extended the duration of government-backed insurance for one year to cover Iranian oil imports and allow local refiners to continue loading crude oil cargo from Iran, Reuters reported. A Japanese government official said that the parliament approved the insurance cover's extension for one year starting April.
