Thai insurer increases capital to expand operations

Ltd. increased its registered capital to nearly 5 billion Thai baht ($158 million) from THB 740 million to expand its operations this year, Bangkok Post reported. The insurer plans to use the capital to invest in artificial intelligence and data analytics to tap into opportunities in new business segments.
