A survey found that more than 75% of U.K.-based firms' general counsels and board members cited political and technological risks as top concerns in an increasingly complex risk landscape, City A.M. reported. The survey found that more than 40% of counsels and 33% of directors do not have a crisis plan in place to mitigate technological risks such as cyber attacks and data breaches. The survey was conducted by U.K.-based law firm Clyde and Co. L.L.P. and research firm Winmark Ltd.
