BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Beazley PLC said Thursday it is enhancing coverage for its ECLIPSE environmental liability and pollution cleanup insurance.

The insurer said in a statement ECLIPSE has provided environmental liability and pollution coverage as well as risk management services that help control pollution risks associated with transactional and operational hazards, transportation, waste disposal and other associated exposures.

The coverage has now been broadened to include pollution liability protection for non-owned locations and warehouses and distribution changes.

Beazley said it is also now including as standard in ECILPSE’s coverage the costs associated with business interruption and crisis response.  These include fees for public relations support, medical and funeral expenses, psychological counseling, travel or temporary living expense, and security expenses.

Up to $50 million in limits is available, according to a spokeswoman.

Beazley and Marsh LLC said last month they are collaborating on cyber coverage and breach response to protect U.S. manufacturers against evolving cyber risks.
